Therapy (insurance or self-pay)

We are in-network with Aetna and United healthcare plans. If you are using Aetna or United insurance, the cost per session is determined by your healthcare plan (co-pay).

If you do not have those healthcare plans, we would be considered ‘out of network’ provider and you can choose to self-pay. Therapy sessions are 50 minutes and $250 per session which is billed to a card on file the day of the session. We will provide a monthly superbill to show what you have paid out of pocket so that you can then submit to your insurance company to see if they are able to reimburse you for out-of-network care.

We do also accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) for payment.

Evaluations & Testing (self-pay only)

Comprehensive evaluations: $2,500-$3,000 (results and report provided within ~4 weeks from testing date). Half of the cost of evaluation is paid as a deposit to hold the testing date when booking the appointment and the second half of the fee is paid the day before the child’s testing appointment. See evaluations tab for details of process. Please note that the speed of providing families the evaluation report is dependent on how quickly the parents complete the questionnaires.

Gifted testing: $700-900 (results and report provided within 2-5 business days
