Therapy (insurance or self-pay)
We are in-network with Aetna and United healthcare plans. If you are using Aetna or United insurance, the cost per session is determined by your healthcare plan (co-pay).
If you do not have those healthcare plans, we would be considered ‘out of network’ provider and you can choose to self-pay. Therapy sessions are 50 minutes and $250 per session which is billed to a card on file the day of the session. We will provide a monthly superbill to show what you have paid out of pocket so that you can then submit to your insurance company to see if they are able to reimburse you for out-of-network care.
We do also accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) for payment.

Evaluations & Testing (self-pay only)
Comprehensive evaluations: $2,500-$3,000 (see Evaluations & Testing page for details of what is included). Cost is based on approximately 15-25 hours of Dr. Emily’s time. Half of the cost of evaluation is paid as a deposit to hold the testing date when booking the appointment and the second half of the fee is paid the day before the child’s testing appointment. Please note that the speed of holding the feedback meeting with parents depends on how quickly parents complete the paperwork. Parent and teacher questionnaires must be completed before Dr. Emily can begin writing the report (typically takes 2-4 weeks after questionnaires are received depending on child age and complexity of the case).
Gifted testing: $700. Results and report provided within 2-5 business days
